Welcome to Plannic. These Terms of Service govern your use of our Google Sheets^™ Add-on. By using Plannic, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Description

Plannic is a Google Sheets^™ Add-on that enables content posting to TikTok^™. It is important to note that Plannic is an independent utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to TikTok^™, ByteDance, or any of their affiliated brands.

3. Google^™ Workspace Integration

Plannic operates as a Google Sheets^™ Add-on. When you install Plannic, you grant it specific permissions to:

• Create and edit a single dashboard sheet in your Google Sheets^™
• Create and manage a "Plannic Images" folder in your Google Drive^™
• Access and modify only these specific files

We strictly limit our access to these specified locations and do not access any other files in your Google Drive^™.

4. TikTok^™ Account Integration

When you connect your TikTok^™ account:

• Your authentication token is stored securely within your Google^™ account
• We do not maintain a remote copy of your authentication credentials
• We cannot access your TikTok^™ account without your explicit actions through the Add-on

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of Plannic, you agree to:

• Comply with TikTok^™'s terms of service and community guidelines
• Use the service in a lawful and appropriate manner
• Not attempt to circumvent any limitations or security measures
• Not use the service for spam, harassment, or any malicious purposes

6. Service Termination

Upon uninstalling the Add-on:

• All permissions are automatically revoked
• You retain access to any files created in your Google Drive^™
• You may manually delete the "Plannic Images" folder and any associated files

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Plannic for any users who:

• Violate these terms of service
• Misuse the service
• Engage in harmful or abusive behavior
• Violate TikTok^™'s terms of service or community guidelines

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time, and will notify users of any material changes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Plannic is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
