1. Data We Collect

When you use Plannic, we collect the following information:

• Google account info: Your name and email address, obtained through Google OAuth during sign-in
• Social account tokens: OAuth tokens for the social media platforms you connect (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads), used solely for publishing on your behalf
• Slideshow content: The slideshows you create, including image selections, captions, and layout data
• Subscription & billing data: Managed by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your session
• Create, store, and publish slideshows on your connected social accounts
• Process subscription payments via Stripe
• Improve the Service and troubleshoot issues

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Plannic integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google OAuth — authentication (Google Privacy Policy)
• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Pexels — image search (Pexels Privacy Policy)
• Late.ly / Social platform APIs — publishing to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Threads

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored using Cloudflare infrastructure:

• Cloudflare D1 — user accounts, subscription records, and social account connections
• Cloudflare KV — temporary slideshow data, which expires automatically after 24 hours

Data is stored in Cloudflare's globally distributed network and is encrypted in transit.

5. Cookies & Sessions

Plannic uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie:

• Expires after 7 days
• Is HTTP-only and secure
• Contains only a session identifier — no personal data

We do not use analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts.

6. User Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data by contacting us
• Delete your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below
• Disconnect social media accounts at any time through the Service
• Cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal

Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data from our systems. Slideshow data in KV storage expires automatically after 24 hours.

7. Children's Privacy

Plannic is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
