1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Plannic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Plannic is a Claude MCP connector that enables users to create and publish social media slideshows (carousels) to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Threads directly from Claude. The Service includes image search, slideshow creation, editing, and publishing tools.

3. Accounts & Authentication

To use Plannic, you must authenticate via Google OAuth. By signing in, you authorize us to access basic profile information (name and email) from your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Plannic offers a paid subscription with the following plans:

• Trial: $1 for your first month
• Monthly: $19.99 per month after trial
• Annual: $199.99 per year

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using Plannic, including captions and slideshow arrangements. Images sourced through the Service are provided by Pexels and are subject to the Pexels License. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with the terms of the social media platforms you publish to.

6. Third-Party Services

Plannic integrates with the following third-party services:

• Pexels — image search and licensing
• Google OAuth — authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Late.ly / Social platform APIs — publishing to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Threads

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. Plannic is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or publish content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or abuse the Service
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plannic and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
